Sales Agent Discounts

Discounts if the Sales Agent is paying for the package

For the first home contracted each calendar month:

10% discount on the base package - Standard or Deluxe package

50% discount on home size charges - for homes greater than 2200 sq ft conditioned space

No charge for pool additions to any package

For the second and additional homes contracted each calendar month:

15% discount on the base package - Standard or Deluxe package

75% discount on home size charges - for homes greater than 2200 sq ft conditioned space

No charge for pool additions to any package

Discounts if the Sales Agent refers a customer to Gold Wingnut Productions and the customer is paying for the service

For the first home contracted each calendar month:

5% discount on the base package - Standard or Deluxe package

25% discount on home size charges and pool additions

For the second and additional home contracted each calendar month:

10% discount on the base package - Standard or Deluxe package

25% discount on home size charges and pool additions

Home package counts are combinable each month, any combination of Agent-pay or referral by a Sales Agent qualifies for the higher discount rates for the second and additional homes.

Sales Agents who book two or more packages or referrals each month for three consecutive months will receive the higher discount rates for all packages and referrals for the following 12 months.

Sales Teams are considered as one entity or one Sales Agent, all members of the team receive the benefit of the elevated discount rates once qualified.  Sales Team members must be identified at the time of first booking or referral.
